my machine is stuck in a reboot install loop...it will install and then stop installing and go back to the main screen where it asks you to continue..install etc. it wont actually install.

followed this step by step & have hit the apple logo with a little bit downloaded.. not progressing any further.. have waited 10 mins.. do i wait longer or is it stuck on boot logo? not sure. im using a Sequoia 15 iso. any help would be appreciated. this is the furthest ive gotten. VM ware kept throwing me XSAVE error multiple times.
