I was seriously just like the boy in the driver's seat of the car in this video when the song hit my ears, hand over my mouth and shaken to my core, because unbeknownst to me, I was about to dash headlong into a very horrible breakup that left me devastated and disillusioned, so this song was almost like prophecy. By the end of the following year, that relationship was over, and I found myself blaring this song over and over just trying to drag myself through the agony, and somehow I made it. I don't know what inspired Gaga to write this song and put out two such epic and emotional versions of it, but it helped keep me sane and survive the shattering of a 7 year relationship. Thank you, Gaga.
