This is a new anime game but, that we have decided to try. I try to beat the anime game, while my friend DotoDoya AND my friend SeeReax AND my friend Naruto AND my friend Dragon Ball Z tries to play an anime game I never got to play. It's a gamer I never knew existed, and it's super intense and I had a lot of laughs.
VS Everyone, But is easy, But Isn't that bad, or any other but challenge like that. This is a new anime game / against the worst anime game, But Is Perfect!

I like to imagine this is Raditz's personal hell, being forced to fight all Goku's triumphs to become strong enough to escape hell, and at least reach King Kai for his brother to be reminded of his existence.
It's been confirmed in DBS that non-repentant souls remain in hell indefinitely as was done with Frieza. Nearly every major foe Goku helped kill other than Kid Buu is still in Hell by the time of GT. Assuming Super doesn't write over that one detail.
Whether Goku would choose to revive him or Raditz merely convinces someone else to, it'd be at least interesting to see an unaged Raditz confronted by his now 20+ year old nephew who he traumatized at as a child now overpower him, his former superior and Prince now on equal terms with his younger brother, learning he killed what most saiyans thought to be the strongest living being in existence only about a year after he went ditto to Other World with Goku.
Maybe.
Or Raditz's personal hell is feeding Guru in HFIL.
Honestly I would be happy if they brought back Raditz in the anime.

It’s frankly too late for anyone to come back from buu saga and beyond. If raditz does show up, what is he gonna do? He’s still a jerk (something that took vegeta years to change). He’s 6 ssj tiers away from everyone else and was considered completely outclassed by literally the next guy goku fought. He’d be pilaf 2.0.
