Photo Resize procedure
scan photograph with 200dpi (size 20kb - 50kb)
photo image on right click then open with paint then click resize
after click resize change pixel and remove maintain aspect ratio tick
then type pixel range next ok and save.finally upload the image

signature image on right click then open with paint then click resize
