Great information. Heard folks say they’ve never seen karate win a fight. That’s because traditional martial arts were designed to end a fight.

Thank you for the comment! Most don’t know what to look for when it comes to Karate anyway.

The main sort of people who down traditional martial arts are clout chasing meat heads who think martial arts is simply about clobbering someone as hard as possible.....
They'll cherry-pick instances of traditional martial artists getting defeated by MMA fighters but the people they use for this are total goofs who anyone could beat. They'll take these irrelevant instances and use this as "proof" that MMA is better.
But when you look at MMA, there is NOTHING skillful about it whatsoever. It's entire repertoire is sloppy kickboxing and haphazard ground tackling. How is a format that's not even forty years old going to be better than systems that have been developed over the course of CENTURIES?
MMA has a short skill ceiling, with traditional martial arts like Wing Chun, there is no limit to the skill and power one can develop. MMA dickriders are simply too jealous and impatient to HUMBLE themselves to learn how to use SKILL so they just spam terms like "pressure testing". Ironically, these are the main type of people who fold under pressure......
