The wind has always killed me in this game. Sometimes with 9mph wind it seems like the wind wasnt even working. My ball went exactly where i placed it without the wind changing anything. There have been times I played with my nephew that Id ask him what the wind was saying for him and its never the same. If Im getting 4mph he will be seeing 6mph. Your video is really helpful though. Its better to be in the general area than adjusting way low or way too much. TY
Ok, thanks for the tutorial. Creating the practice course was a little fast for me. Can you please provide the steps minus setting the difficulty menu. Not clear how you generated the huge landing area w/all the tress around it? It appeared you could zoom in to draw the area to be flattened. ~ Much Thanks ~
Nah man you are a robot! In a dope way. These analytics are what nobody else is willing to do. And the thought to turn off certain settings to read what the true/ideal shot would be is the icing on the cake so to speak. Chefs kiss 👨🍳😘🤌. Great video man.
Great videos...question re effect of wind. In 2k21 I found you had to compensate more for cross wind with clubs like wedges than irons or woods especially at higher wind speeds. Did you find that in 2k23? Not watched the video all the way through yet though!
Great videos on effect of wind and elevation. Thanks! What happens when you combine the two, let’s say 10 ft of elevation into a 15 mile headwind? Do you do each calculation separately and add them together?
Been trying to get that flat area but i can't seem to find how you done it , I'm on keyboard & mouse all I get is a little blue area and can't enlarge it.
I have to say something cause I've heard a couple people say the same thing about the wind, i have been playing golf since 1999 when cyber tiger came out. so i know a thing or two about this game. and i got to say that you are very wrong when you say the wind on this game is different than 2k21. the wind is exactly the same! the calculations have been the same for the last 20 years.
Very helpfull Video thx. In 21 I often had the Feeling the Wind took way more off when hitting Short Clubs like 9-LW.

Since I’m a beginner to 2k23, this is perfect for me as the winds currently are maybe 8 mph at most.Thank you!
saw your updated video and web page….nice job
Super valuable thanks 👍

Highly impressive! sub'd & liked
Thanks for the support
Great video!!
Height of the shot is a big factor and why we use knockdown shots and stingers.
Will you be doing a video on cross wind ? I struggle with the cross wind . Great video on head wind by the way.
That has been a request and I will add it to the list
how close do you have to be before wind doesnt really affect your shot (i.e. flop from 40 yards)?
I would say any pitch under 90 yards
Love the videos keep them coming. Is it the same for tail wind??
Yes, it is
How do you position the shot for left to right and vice versa?
Cross wind will be later this week. Haven't run the tests yet
Did you do any test for tail winds
@@garypuckett9343 yes same numbers carry. More roll out

I have not fully tested out cross winds, but I can look into that and follow up
What setting gives you the circle around your ball when viewing the landing?
That would be your scout camera. Can be on, but I use ui off which is reduced stats.
@@Ma_Kachada Thanks, also could you do a video on elevation/yardage?
@@clone1008 absolutely. That's the second test coming later this week
video set to drop friday morning
@@Ma_Kachada awesome thank you!
Is this the same for left or right wind movement
Yeah
Great videos on effect of wind and elevation. Thanks! What happens when you combine the two, let’s say 10 ft of elevation into a 15 mile headwind? Do you do each calculation separately and add them together?
Correct. 10ft up would be 3 yards of hurt. 15 miles into would be 21 yards roughly. add 3 +21 to your distance and that's the carry number
Is the math the same with crosswinds? Also have you calculated the measurement of the squares on the green when dealing with crosswind?
That video should be out sometime next week.
@@Ma_Kachada you're awesome...thank you
Your awesome ❤
Is the effect the same for pitch and punch shots?
Yes, same for them
Another one - DJ Kahled
Is it the same calculation for side wind.
ruclips.net/video/bm3lvXjoYCA/видео.html
Are the calculations the same if the wind is at your back?
Yeah. Just minus the numbers instead of add

Idk what the controls are for keyboard, but whatever button is next to the scale in the menu
@@Ma_Kachada there is no scale so I'll just muddle through thank anyway.

Yeet my dog. Thanks!
How do you make a 10 minute video about wind and not hit some shots with crosswind at all?
