I think you shud do an all day class once a year for new and potential tractor owners. You could have Mike and others do a 50 hour service, loader, snow blower backhoe, as well as other implements changes and regen. I think that would make your business a class act. You could improve the class every year and I think people would love it.
The heading mentions removing AND installing the front loader. I only see the removal part. Curious to see how hard it is to line everything back up !!
I agree, fitting together is always harder than taking apart. Get a spud wrench or connecting bar, or something similar. Maybe a brass or bronze bar stock cutoff in case things get locked up and you end up pounding out the bar. Also useful for connecting Ferguson hitch implements.
Brad, I just took delivery of a CK3510 SE HST. I was told that the "C" was just different manufacturer that fabs the loader for Kioti. The KL4030 when compared to the KL4030C has a different mounting system, i.e., mounting brackets are the difference. KL4030 has the latch pin above the mounting bracket (half round mount) where the KL4030C is opposite, latch pin is below the mounting bracket (half round mount). Other sections of the bracket(s) that bolt to the tractor also is different in regard to fabrication, also I noticed charcoal color brackets for the KL4030 and orange for the KL4030C.
@@BossSwanger I don't know if there is any real performance or longevity difference, I am just a new owner, but did a lot of research before making my purchase. I noticed that the "C" model did not have the metal coil protection on the front hoses, where the KL 4030 did. Maybe that's because the KL4030C loader was on a base CH4010 tractor and not an SE??
Just tried to remove mine, adjusted the loader for 15 minutes, couldn't find a spot where the pins would loosen enough to remove. Thinking they put oversized pins in it.
In USA Dollars MSRP: $33,083 on this unit, however it can be purchased for much less ( in the 28k range sometimes depending on current rebates being offered. Not sure where those prices would be in Canadian dollars
Kioti has problems with their fuel injector system the gears on the injectors break and the cost is outrageous price tag. Kioti knew about this problem for 12 years but never had a call back on their tractors. My warranty ran out so it looks like I am into a couple of thousand dollars. the new inject system cost $1400 plus labor. The dealers also know about this problem for years. Never again will I purchase this tractor. DK45HST with 900 easy hours.

It's very easy. Put the tractor in Low Gear and drive in.
I've got the CK35 but have never taken the bucket off (yet).

FYI It's a lynch pin not a cotter pin.
