bought vt vc all launch got the riv3 while back it felt pretty nice haven't got time to go out yet but xt2 was just a blast when u actually go out. i mean for parkour lol. i feel like cushion is a complete marketing gimmick, the less the better. but a pair of chelsea lems seems like a bit too stiff apart from walking around --still haven't got time to do anything else as well
I just bought my 2nd pair of Tempos, I love them. Also got the Rivera3 but they just feel so hard and stiff. The escslante racers feel more comfortable 😂
Thank you for making this video - I have recently fallen in love with Altra's shoes and have not found another brand that is a better fit for me. Seeing what others are doing with their line-up is quite useful! To that end, I would really appreciate your advice on which Altra style would be most appropriate for running my first marathon (in about 6 weeks!). Is there a style or two that you would be able to recommend?
I sure like the idea of flat shoes. The reason my lower spine leans forward causes me to not stop. Thank for this share. Oh are they a true fit? Do lean toward smaller sizes example i wear a 12, but do i need a 12.5?
Hi , thank you for your excellent videos I am an obese man weight 220 bounds living in a hot country temperatures to reached 60 c I am starting running to loose weight what is your recommendation for a running shoes that is cushioned and breathable Thank you
I used to be an Altra fan but I am slowing moving away from the brand because I cannot wear the Altras that I want because of their different footshapes. My feet are most comfortable in the orginal footshape fit making choices limited to what shoe can fit me. The Vanish Carbon is a nice shoe but unfortunately its slim shape, I would never get to experience this high-end shoe design.
Been running in altras for years. Juat started the vanish tempo and have had a bunch of PRs with them. The most incredible shoe I've ever worn

@@GTE_Channel Only issue is I have just 80 miles on them and the tread is worn through
@@GTE_Channel huh vt are too soft. riv are also soft but they got a more altra traditional structure.
@@BloopsnBleeps 80 miles on the Tempo? Took mine to 900km. Thread started wearing through at 750-800.
Good morning from 🇪🇸. Thanks Frank Lara and Connor. Here is my like. A nice weekend for everyone.

Altra shoes vary by size quite a bit between models. They more often run smaller though Imo. The new torin is true to size though.

Frank eluded to the next generation of the Vanish Carbons.... any idea on the release date for those?
We don't have any information yet but we should have some more news in early 2024. -Connor

Someone get the Altra design team a hand. The shoes look boring as hell. And yes, looks matter.
Take a tequila shot for every time you hear "like".
