I've been having a very bad week filled with anxiety while taking care of a very sick cat that had been abandoned in my street on top of also dealing with a flu- the one thing that's really been helping me take a breath and try to calm down especially before bed has been your videos so I would just like to say a sincere thank you for your wonderful work, Ms Sophie!
