7:11 they hired me in a supervisor position bc it was convenient and I had the credentials and they assumed id be the meek timid black girl who was sooo thankful. Ppl have been coming to me about unfair treatment, racism, etc and guess what, I don’t gaslight them. My boss is just mad bc I actually do my job; I do PTO and she tries allowing this girl to get away with not calling in and getting written up; yet when other ppl are late they are marked up or considered no call no shows; I have an email trail of everything bc I learned that at a young age. They’re scared of that but like if you want to stone wall me then I’ll return the energy and send emails where I know you can’t lie. I’m also neurodivergent so I believe in Justice and equality.
I don’t have any kids but I do smell good and have good hygiene they are regularly asking me so how do you like this job? Are you happy here? Do you like the work environment and always asking me what time I would like to leave and if I need to leave before closing that’s fine just let them know. I do appreciate that from thembecause I had let them know that I would like to have at least sometime for a life outside of work. We have a very casual uniform, but I do take pride in how I look so I try to be as put together as I can.
