The fact that many of their parts here are Esna's and this song is hers as well, but if someone only watches this they will never realise that, they just picked up her parts that good❤️❤️❤️❤️ But while I don't know what exactly happened between RBW and EsNa, I've read how Mamamoo felt awkward having to do this without her, and how EsNa was so kind to emphasize that as rookies Mamamoo had no share in this whole thing. Don't know much about her, but just from this song, I can tell she's pretty good❤️

I’d love that, too cause they’re voices and styles just mesh so well. But after everything that happened with her company and this song, I doubt Esna would ever feel comfortable singing it with them again. 😢

Then her label convinced her to sing the song as a collab with Mamamoo. So when they finally went to promote the song the show was presenting it as Mamamoo’s song, she wasn’t even being listed as a feature artist. So her label said it was a mistake and they were fixing it. It after the first performance the fans (who thought it was just Mamamoo’s song) made comments about Esna having too many lines and she looked old compared to the other girls. So instead of backing her and correcting it, her label told her they’d didn’t want Mamamoo to get bad press cause they were on the rise. So they let her do the last few shows for that week and then pulls her from the live performances. They had the girls split up her lines and sing her parts, and in the end, the song ended up on Mamamoo’s album with no mention of Esna being involved aside from her vocals on the track. It just sounds very calculated. The song meant everything to her and they essentially cornered her into giving it away. They should have backed up their own artist but instead they were more concerned with Mamamoo. And in my opinion, you can see it on their faces when they’re performing that they feel incredible uncomfortable singing her lines over the track with her voice in the background. Esna even said she planned to redo the song on her own for her own album at some point. It’s sad cause this is my favorite song that mamamoo sings, and what should have been such a great collab got ruined by company politics.

Now that I know the story, it's easy to see how uncomfortable the girls are at the beginning knowing this is eSNa song and she isn't there :( RBW promotes itself as a good company, but the way they treat their artists speak otherwise. Even now, they don't treat Mamamoo the way they deserve, they don't promote them well and they are giving more attention to their new groups, forgetting everything mmm did for their company.
