What I like about Raidraptors is thay they reward you for playing pure. Fuzzy Lanius and Raidraptor - Call may lock you into the archetype but they are really good extenders. There are also a lot of Raidraptor cards from the anime that haven't been released in the OCG/TCG yet (personally I've been waiting for Raidraptor - Retrofit Lanius) so I'm hoping Konami include them in this year's Animation Chronicles/Monstrous Revenge pack.
I respect you for using Mako's theme from DL. It is truly one of the best themes ever in a mobile game and it makes me sad that you don't get to hear it when you play as Mako.

Thank you! I like to try to keep my extra deck to one archetype if possible. It may not be the most competitive that way but it sure is fun and forces you to be creative!
the goal that I typically have when using these birds are that I have to get out air raid to kill 1, and incase it get destroyed, it can float to the original revolution falcon
@@matricy the only thing i hate abt the raidraptor deck that i use is that i don't have counters for the hero archtype and runick, i absolutely hate it when i go against them but i also don't want to change my deck cus I had a good plan whenever i play ;-;

This video is a themed build not really a build for competitive play so instead of using your go to handtraps I opted to use more themed spell and traps from the rapidraptor archetype. If you’re looking to climb the ranks this deck would have handtraps and a ton of other cards.

I'm curious why you always use raiders knight to go into stranger falcon when you have a mimicry lanius on field that can levels up all your raidraptors on board
To use stranger falcon’s effect where you pop a monster on the field it requires stranger falcon to have an XYZ monster attached to it as material. You can certainly use mimicry to go intro stranger if you do not intend to use his effect which destroys an opponents monster. Also sometimes you may have too many monsters on the field and may not want to turn them all into level 5 because it might be difficult to overlay them later. Especially if you want force strix since he requires level 4’s. In my opinion the best time to use mimicry effect to go into blaze or stranger is when you have only two raidraptor monsters on the field and when you don’t need to use stranger’s effect because then you can save raiders knight and use less extra deck resources overall.

A bit different then this style of video I usually make but I find pure raidraptor to be a tough challenge and want to come up with unique combos. In the middle of putting some together right now. Plus it’s hard to find pure RR guides as almost no one runs them pure. Stay tuned and thanks for watching!
Yeah it’s really tough because the combos are endless and you have to use the boss monsters’ effects appropriately depending on what your opponent has on the field. If you’re interested the latest video on my channel is a combo tutorial + guide for a pure RR build

Makes sense, I was just always more of a blaze falcon fan since it doesn't target.

I had just been using stuff like gagagaga into arsenal into the black phantom knights spell into king Kali yuga, and I thought that was cool lol
