I have a theory that it isn’t possible. What Kurama described is remarkably similar to Guy’s 8th Gate. It seems to me that it was like Kurama was burning up. So all of his chakra was going into fueling baryon mode. To have it anywhere else would burn him out faster. Maybe I just don’t fully understand sage mode. That’s just my two cents though

What they should have chosen for the color for the mode was red and a bit of purple because it would make it look like a galaxy slowly dying and rebuilding itself slowly because think of how much power and training naruto has done in his past?
