I honestly think that this is the best build for Soraka. This does not mean that you'll fly to Challenger with this build. I think Soraka is still a flop character so I think this build is making the most out of a flop champion. I have been winning a lot though so it might actually be a really strong build. Also, I am aware that they are changing the items very soon but there is no point in having any thoughts on them until they come out. It's hard to judge changes unless you get a chance to actually try them out in a game so don't worry about the future item changes. Also with Cosmic Drive being so expensive and not being able to sit on components b/c wards, most games were already over before I got chance to ever finish it. :( Gonna give it a few more attempts because it seems fun in concept. It's given me a newfound appreciation for Shurelya's on Soraka tho!
@@arcxiii you can try to buy flowing water first it will still give you movement speed and it is much cheaper and better for Soraka to heal your team, also honestly I think max w is better than max q within this build. Just my opinion :)
@@arcxiii Also in this season it will be really hard for sup to get that much money to even buy cosmic drive, In this Lumi's game she literally bought cosmic at around 30mins, so I just generally feels like at this "quick game" season flowing water can give you much more of stability and much much more cheaper, because many games are basically over in about 30 minutes.
Most people just want damage when it's only relevant when you can one shot which you cannot on like 90% of the current champs when even mages need to kite and you need to have self peel and all. It's like people not building mercury against hard cc team. Most ap champ build Zhonya in any type of game so why are you ditching a cleanse that gives you movement speed when you're an adc ??? I don't get it. You're so much more efficient when you bring different utility to yourself and your team but no people want their kda like ok...

That’s why I personally always value spell haste over dmg, the Max haste build is my favorite build on most ap champs and even when I play Leona or Nautilus or other tanks I usually rush spell haste to be able to spam my cc and utility and it’s way more effective and way more fun than just going for straight up dmg, only to realize that I die before I can even procc one combo

just tried out the build and it honestly felt so good to play soraka again. it feels like she gets beaten so easily in season 11, but i feel like that the movespeed really makes her more evasive and harder to kill than if she built moonstone. thanks for saving another champ, and hopefully i can now play soraka more.
Haven't lost once with this build so far. Worst I got was -S. I play it without really understanding why it slaps so hard but it truly is amazing and you are an absolute mastermind of a mind, yet again.

Yess we need a new morgana build. I actually have no idea what to build on her, the recommended suggest imperial mandate but i think thats such a bad item on her. I just go liandrys full ap every game because i dont see any point in anything else
I go aftershock on morg. Font of life, boneplating/conditioning, and revitalize. 2nd runes depends really, either ulti Hunter and zombie ward when I really wanna go in and get ultis, or cosmic insight and cookies when I want some cdr. Putting 3 points Q then maxing E. The mythic item depends but I usually go for everfrost (locket and moonstone are also good). Zhonyas 2nd item and the rest of the items are situational (I recommend redemption for healing after you go in or zeke's if you have a good carry on your team). The reason I go this build is because I only pick morg as a counter-pick so I want to be able to survive long enough to get my ulti and Qs and Es to make sure my job is done. After shock makes it so when you land your Q you gain a decent bit of defensive stats which can actually let you tank quite a lot more than you think removing the weakness of morg being so squishy when she goes in. When playing with aftershock you want to start q and go the ap tank support item as you have no need for the extra ap or the mana regen as you won't be spamming abilties that much. What you want to do is pressure the enemy bottlane kinda like a blitzcrank shooting a q and letting your adc go on them. At level 2 you want to be very aggressive, don't through random Qs but threaten them as they really can't do anything to you once you proc aftershock and blackshield yourself. Despite being tanky you don't wanna Frontline in teamfights, let the tank Frontline and then you stay just behind them to bind, once you get a good bind and proc aftershock you can go in and ulti them. With zhonyas and aftershock plus a lot of defensive stats you should have enough to go in and get out and go in again. Long ass reply I'm sorry I just wanted to make sure it came across correctly.

I like the tanky Soraka, but how can we make it more balanced, Tanky + Healing? I see you maxing Q, instead W, any particulary reason? Why dont rush Moonstone? I play mostly wildrift now and people think Soraka is a flop champ in that game now too, except in that game I don’t have Shurelyas to keep the banana strong and meaty
i love watching league gameplay and have tried it a couple of times and it never really stuck like smite has for me . anyways , on smite , ms is considered the most broken stat in the game bc of its offensive and defensive capabilities (like chasing down someone or running away or dodging) many of the ms items on smite have been nerfed several times . and during one of the splits when pros were playing , supports were in love with ms and just being annoying . i love seeing ms builds and soraka was my favorite character on league when i tried it a year ago , seems like a fun build
I just got a legendary skin for Soraka in my hextech chest, now, a build comes for her, it might be the signal i need to play an enchanter instead of going psycho mode on Alistar kekw
