I’m reading Jason Aaron’s Thor right now and it’s a great Omni, love the look of Matt Fraction’s too so I might have to get this eventually! Book looks great.
thats good paper quality,and also the reason it wont close on you like a mousetrap,with thicker paper,stiffer/thicker paper makes the book binding thighter,and thats very bad for spines, thinner paper makes the book lays better. really gret book,i just ordered that myself. great video overview
Undecided on this one. Like you, I love the art but I've heard the actual story isn't that great. Other than the JMS volume I have all the other Thor omnis. The completionist in me says get it ; the critic within says avoid !
@@BowmansWorld Fair enough. I haven't read it, so I can't form my own opinion. The criticisms I've read chiefly revolve around the poor characterisation of Thor and Odin ie. they come across as "whiny" and puerile. I know that's a depiction I wouldn't enjoy. But from what I've seen of the art, I love it. Thus my dilemma about getting this omni.

Hey, nice review! I don't collect Thor Omni's but hoping they do a Fear Itself Omni rather than only printing event embedded in a Thor Omni.

I think it's because of Thor Love and Thunder coming out. Dr. Strange also got a lot material out recently. Black Panther later this summer.

I feel like they focus on a about 2 specific series per year for reprints, so eventually when Iron Man gets his turn, in maybe 2024ish?
