I never had the opportunity to grow up with these iconic toys of the 70s and 80s, but even now Im awestruck by them. few other toys have this much prescence! back in the 2010's when Jakks Pacific was producing those 18 - 25 inch vinyl figures I was waiting deperately for them to shift the line into a direction more reminiscent of shogun warriors and jumbo machinders but it unfortunately never came. In any case thanks for showing this guy off!
It is truly a great toy, and yes, he fits right in with the vintage robots and kaiju. I grabbed a couple of them for my collection. I hope Super7 does more Toho characters in the machinder style. Jet Jaguar seems like a perfect choice.

I missed on this too. However, Super 7 is now taking pre-orders for a silver metallic edition which I do plan to get.
