Yeah for something as big as five acres. Plus depending on soil once ya start clearing if is possible. Can always scale back to smaller or just have to move more dirt. What money is made from the logging? Of course that money goes back into the project. What does the govt. give you (pay or write off) to have a pond?

@@BealyGood I must of missed that part. Do you plan on planting any trees around the pond? Oak trees with red and yellow fall color would look amazing. Scarlett oaks would be a nice choice, or getting a redwood would be awesome too, they grow pretty fast. I figured I would make that suggestion because some people that often buy a house or build a pond will plant a tree or several, thought that would be interesting to see the trees and pond grow together. Can't wait to see this pond full for the first time

@@chosen1one930 Not 100% on what will happen. We’ve always planned to have an orchard. The issue with having a large property is too many options sometimes 😁

@@BealyGood very true but if you're also a golfer like me I would have a par 3 over the water, I'm a superintendent btw at a private golf club in Virginia. A garden, streams feeding the pond or a waterfall built on the opposite side from where you build the house and have the waterfall feed the stream into the pond where a pump, pumps the water back to the waterfall. That would require a professional though but also a idea. Check out these channels, aquascape and Atlantis water gardens if that is something you ever want to do because it will inspire some crazy ideas. My sister lives down there really close to you guys but they want to move, I personally like it down there

I hear the sound of 'efficiency' when getting close to the end of the job and you have calculated manhours of work. 11 people on site - time to charge admission to the jobsite. I take it TR likes driving Barney haul truck for you.

Cameras are a bit deceiving but the pond dam looks huge when you are on it. Island shaped up really nice. Looks kind of like a landing pad for the alien space ships

Snake island, here in Georgia, we stay away from these areas when fishing from the shore, snakes love it.

Hey Chris that whistle is probably coming from one of your silicone charge pipes going into your intercooler or turbo. A spray bottle with some soap and water should find the leak. Good luck love your channel....
