I made a very special dovetail box this time. This work was completed with hand tools and took many hours of effort.
I made it for a loved one and gave it as a gift. She was very happy. We share the process with you.

Beautiful box and very nicely made. Personally I would have gone for thinner wood. Both the sides and the end pieces could do with being thinner. It just looks a bit chunky for my taste, smaller pins would help as well.

Très beau travail! comme quoi inutile d'avoir la dernière défonceuse numérique qui coûte la peau des fesses, pour faire du bel ouvrage! en revanche vous avez un bon arsenal de beaux rabots et autres outillages à main dont vous savez excellemment vous servir! en France on dirait de vous: "vous avez de l'or dans les mains"
