I don't understand why so many are commenting negatively about an open kitchen it not only makes the space look more spacious but keeps the kitchen dry as well. I personally liked the layout with just one problem I wish the common toilet wasn't close to the master bedroom. It defeats the purpose of 2 restrooms right next to one another
926 sq ft a open kitchen is not expected. But your presentation is very helpful. Please try to show us 2 Bhks in Garia (preferably near Kavi nazrul) with no open kitchen. Thank you.
