Because The Supreme Court has no real enforcement power. The Judicial Branch may decide the law, but they are dependent on an Executive Branch operating in good faith to actually enforce it. And if The Open Border tells you nothing else, it is that the Democrats are not operating in good faith. You are watching in real time our system of government breaking down.

At 60, I find myself back in school due to a disability. I have Grants and Student Loans I INTEND to PAY. I have paid of student loans in the past, over 30 years in the past, while supporting my family. Am I wrong for wanting to work and EARN my way off disability payments that make me feel like I am worth nothing? I refuse to give up! All I ask is the opportunity to EARN my way!
