The setlist for the album has always been in dispute, but after a few listens to the various editions, this has been the song order I've found to work the best.

They felt that it didn't fit the tone of the album. AWITC was all about urban malaise. This song is a little too upbeat to fit into that theme.

I doubt that. If anything I think it's more accessible than some songs on Weekend.
This is also the reason why they changed the lyrics to Blue Moon and Cells Shaped Like Stars, although honestly I think that abortion and the rarity of true love are both topics that fit pretty well into the theme of AWITC, but whatever. We got I Still Remember instead.
