Diabetes का जब इलाज किया जाता है तब एक complication है जो मरीज को हो सकता है और वह है Hypoglycemia यनेके शुगर कम होना। आज इस वीडियो में, Dr Uday Phadke , (Director- Endocrinologist and Diabetologist), शुगर कम होने के लक्षण, कारण और इलाज (Hypoglycemia (Low Blood Sugar) in Hindi) इस बताने वाले है |
ये जो शुगर कम होने की बीमारी है , इससे मरीज काफी डर जाता है क्योकि इसमें तकलीफ काफी हो सकती है , खास करके जब पोहोत ही ज्यादा कम हो जाती है तब यह काफी डरवाना अनुभव हो सकता है। लेकिन कभी कभी पूरी तरह से देखभाल करने के बावजूद भी यह हो सकता है।
Hypoglycemia meaning
Hypoglycemia का अर्थ है हमारे शरीर में Sugar के स्तर का कम होना। सामान्यत: Sugar का स्तर 80 और उससे अधिक होता है। जिन मरीजों की उम्र ज्यादा है या complications ज्यादा है तो 80 ऊपर होना चाहिए।
Symptoms of Low Blood Sugar
जब शुगर कम होने लगता है यनेके 70 के आस पास आनेलगता है तब अपना दिमाग हमे warning symptoms देने लगता है।
Sugar कम होने के शुरुआती लक्षण - ठंड लगना, पसीना आना, कांपना, हृदय गति में वृद्धि होना। अगर आपको यह लक्षण दिखाई दे रहे है तो उसी वक्त आपको डॉक्टर के पास जाना चाहिए और इस्पे ध्यान देना चाहिए।
जब शुगर 55 से निचे जाती है तब severe Hypoglycemia condition मानी जाती है। इस स्थिति में मरीज ठीक से सोच भी नहीं पाता और cordination भी चला जाता है और ढंग से बोल भी नहीं पाता।
ज्यादातर लोगो में यह सब कुछ क्रमवार होता है। अगर आप इसकी तरफ ध्यान नहीं दोगे तो ये बढ़ते ही जायेगा।
Hypoglycemia के लिए उपचार? (hypoglycemia treatment)
अगर आपको लगता है की मरीज की शुगर कम हो रही है और आपके पास glucometer है तो Glucometer से मरीज का Sugar लेवल चेक करना बहुत जरूरी है।
अगर आपके पास glucometer नहीं है और मरीज पूरी तरह से होशो आवाज में है तो उनको कुछ खाने दे। इसमें 20-30 gram carbohydrate मरीज को खिलाना पड़ता है।
यदि patient बेहोश है तो आपको patient को कुछ भी खाने को नहीं देना चाहिए | अगर मरीज खाने के होश में ना हो तो हमेशा आपके घर पे खासकर के जो मरीज काफी vulnerable है , जिनको काफी complications है या जिनको high dose insulin चल रहा हो ऐसे लोगो को Hypoglycemia होने की संभावनाएं ज्यादा होती है ऐसे स्थिति में glucagon injection आपके घरमें हमेशा होना चाहिए। इससे शुगर उपर आनेमें मदत होती है। इसके आधी घंटे बाद patient की स्थिति को दुबारा जांचे sugar level दुबारा check करे। और फिर भी शुगर कम है तो और 20-30 gram sugar देनी चाहिए। अगर मरीज में improvement है लेकिन पूरी तरह से ठीक नहीं है तो उसे हॉस्पिटल में लेके जाना चाहिए।
Hypoglycemia के कारण क्या हैं? (what causes low blood sugar)
Hypoglycemia के कारण
1. आपके भोजन का सेवन कम है,
2. गतिविधि में अचानक वृद्धि
3. दवा की खुराक में वृद्धि
4. दूसरी बीमारी के कारण sugar निचे जाना।
Diabetes मरीजों का जितनी जागरूकता ज्यादा रहती है उतने ही Long term complications कम होते है।
