How do we know that the video we make will help them reach those goals though? That's the part I always struggle with. That's why I never ask about the goal from the video because I personally can't promise it's going to deliver what they want :/
You sell a product (testimonial/brand story/event highlights) based on what they tell you. If they say 'we're an ecommerce brand and we're looking to convert customers who are engaging with our social posts, etc.'.... maybe offer them a testimonial service. Get mid and bottom funnel customers to buy their product! Join the dots!
