Ayreon is awesome. Ayreon - Into The Black Hole feat. Bruce Dickinson (Official Lyric Video) is on Ayreons official page and is my favorite song by Ayreon. Even if you don't react to it I recommend giving it a listen, not many people react to it because it is only a lyric video so I understand that doesn't necessarily make great content. Ayreon is amazing. Arjen brings together so many talented musicians for every single album. Definitely check out the bands of the people in this song you didn't recognize. They're all amazing and talented. Dream Theater is a must if you're not familiar. Same with Blind Guardian and Symphony X. Beyond that, I recommend Between the Buried and Me, Toehider (I'm a huge Michael Mills fan and he's super talented), Kamelot, and Circus Maximus.
Tommy Karevik is the current lead singer of Kamelot, which is an American band that is probably far more widely known in Europe than America 🤣 They have had a couple of lead singers a bit like Nightwish both of whom are different but both of whom can flat out sing. They have a Nightwish connection as they often tour with female vocalists as they have a lot of duets etc and during the infamous incident in Seattle, Kamelot were touring with Nightwish and the two female singers ended up being the frontwoman (women really!) for Nightwish that evening in a rather unique show 😂
Ok, now you have seen Tobias Sammet of Avantasia. You need to check out his collaboration with Floor Jansen for Avantasia's new album out in 21 October. Its called 'Misplaced among the Angels'. Avantasia is a project, just like Ayreon. I guarantee you'll like it a lot! Edit: check out the other songs already released from that upcoming album as well. Great songs that come with nice Tim Burtonish artwork!
Hi, Ayreonaut here!!! Ayreon is a musical project by Dutch songwriter, singer, musician and record producer Arjen Anthony Lucassen. Ayreon's music is described as progressive rock, progressive metal and power metal sometimes combined with genres such as folk, electronica, experimental and classical music. Each Ayreon album tells a different story, but all, with the exceptions of Actual Fantasy, The Theory of Everything, and Transitus, take place in the same fictional, science fiction universe; additionally, Lucassen's solo album Lost in the New Real is also set in the Ayreon universe. Ayreon's music is characterized by the use of traditional instruments in rock music mixed with instruments more native to folk and classical music. So much talent here! All the related band have tons of great material! If you're looking to do more Epica I'd try "Victims of Contingency"(Omega Alive). Good heavy track with catchy pretty chorus.
The video isn’t over yet for me but you have to check out Kamelot, Tommy Karevik’s band and start with Phantom Divine then Sacrimony. I hope you love them if you check them out.
To echo everybody else - now it's time for "Everybody Dies" - it's live and it's mind blowing!! It is actually the third song on the album, this being the first. An absolutely don't miss.
Lovely reaction once again - I could suggest a number of songs from those different artists but I'll just start with the first singer in the song who Brough Arjen to tears, namely Tommy Karevik who's the front man of the band 'Kamelot' (symphonic metal) - amongst others, they have a song called 'Sacrimony' which I heartily recommend - there is a live performance video aswell as a music video - this song had 2 guest singers - Allissa White-Gluz (Arch Enemy) and Elize Ryd (Amaranthe) who incidentally I saw live in London a couple of nights ago. So hopefully you'll be able to check Tommy and Kamelot out and also the superb front ladies of Arch Enemy and Amaranthe. I do apologise - I go on a bit - but you know that by now 😆 As always, take very good care of yourself 😃
In my humble opinion: The three top composers in symfonic metal and prog rock nowadays: Tuomas from Nightwish, Arjen from Ayreon, and Steven Wilson feom Porcupine Tree. They nail it.
Congrats Jynger upon opening Arjen's Intergalactic Chest Of Wonders ;) Enjoy, and go LIVE from here on for a little while. Anything from the Ayreon Universe Live 2017 gig will do to get the bigger picture & enjoy the insane on stage chemistry. After that, the Electric Castle 2019 concert and on & on.. This rabbithole is really massive & more attractive than a black hole. Cheers from Amsterdam! 🤘
What a wonderful work, right, Jynger? Every time I listen to it, I discover new things. Arjen Lucassen is a talented musician and an endless source of luxury projects. I highly recommend it.
If I ever feel that all modern music is shit and not what it used to be, I listen to this track to remind myself how much awesome talent is out there. Check the live performances from his project for even more epicness.
Modern day mainstream radio is very talented in broadcasting absolute bullshit. You will never here epic stuff like this. So we have to cherry pick ourselves. Thank God there are still musicians like these boys and girls still around. They save humanity 😅
Thank you very much for the kind words :) Maybe a coffee during the live stream :) Everyone grab a cup and we can all have coffee together and enjoy some great music! Take care
Mme. Slapz J; very good ! Ayreon is sort of the English phonetic of Arjen when you change that J into a Y as you know, Arjen "discovered" Floor incidentally, she speaks of it here: ruclips.net/video/HAki7YoICvY/видео.html Arjen is a sci-fi fantasy nut, you will find it running through all his music and I have no doubt you are just about to dive into that rabbit hole. Michael Mills is singing in extended ASCII as the voice of the evil computer TH-1 (TH ? Toehider !) and it says "Trust TH 1". I'm disappointed we only saw your kitty-cat's tail, I do like cats. . . . . . . !! Enjoy the ride !!
Day Sixteen Loser or Intergalactic Space Crusaders , Everybody Dies of course live but you are going down a worm hole! No bad songs or performances Arjen Lucassan is another genius! Rock On Stay Safe!🙏🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘

If you will pardon the expression, This particular epic is truly a "Mind Fuck". Personally the music blows me away, but Arjen as a composer, is phenomenal. You have to do "Everybody Dies" next though. Keep doing stuff like this, and I'll keep listening. Not a huge fan of the death decor, but that's your thing, not mine.

The Dutch again hit the target! Aereon is another long journey to discover.
I am looking forward to it! 😊🤘🏻
What a wonderful work, right, Jynger? Every time I listen to it, I discover new things. Arjen Lucassen is a talented musician and an endless source of luxury projects. I highly recommend it.
Floor and Russell🤘
Opera Moderna..Fantastica
I think you will like - ayreon/everybody dies - it is epic.
Since you liked this then how about them live on stage doing there song "Everybody Dies" - ruclips.net/video/9AAXtUdM7xE/видео.html
“NWOBHM” New Wave Of British Heavy Metal
Your smile is so warm. Your eyes are full with joy. Still hope some day We can have a coffee.
Thank you very much for the kind words :) Maybe a coffee during the live stream :) Everyone grab a cup and we can all have coffee together and enjoy some great music! Take care
Queen meets War of the World? !
If you look closely you can say that Tommy Karevik sings with his hands in this video...

@@MrWo-qj2yh Yeah and I was to late. 😥😥
❤❤❤
Mme. Slapz J; very good ! Ayreon is sort of the English phonetic of Arjen when you change that J into a Y as you know, Arjen "discovered" Floor incidentally, she speaks of it here:
ruclips.net/video/HAki7YoICvY/видео.html
Arjen is a sci-fi fantasy nut, you will find it running through all his music and I have no doubt you are just about to dive into that rabbit hole.
Hi great response, there is more music project togo great Dutch composer Ayreon highly recommended and it's very tall, a head taller than Floor
Day Sixteen Loser or Intergalactic Space Crusaders , Everybody Dies of course live but you are going down a worm hole! No bad songs or performances Arjen Lucassan is another genius! Rock On Stay Safe!🙏🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘
I am looking forward to another “hole” to go down! There might be a joke there…. That’s what she said? Anyways, thanks for the suggestions as I will be checking out more from Ayreon! Rock on my friend!
Nice ;) Catch up Hansi Kürsch and Blind Guardian! Still the most epic moment in Metal music > "The Bard's song and Valhalla" Wacken 2016. Trust me.
🤗🍒🤘🏻😘
Hello us beautiful people. And may 8 say you look very beautiful as well. Love especially your choice of hair color. That blue suits you well. And like your pretty eyes too. So you should check Ayreons live performances. In latest ones had Floor, Floor's sister and Marco in that huge line-up of talent.
Thank you so much 🤗
Sei BELLISSIMA 😍🤩😘
Thank you very much!😊
Next THE POWER OF LOVE by dutch metal for serious request 2014.....😃
😊🇫🇮❤️🎼✨💙🤘
Hi,
Beware, this kind of music will turn you into a metalhead ( if you weren't already ).
Next?
Fleshgod Apocalypse: Epilogue.
This is not prog metal but symphonic extreme metal.
Never quite found a way to like them, super talented obviously, but a bit too prog-esque for me, I do try but my interest wanes very quickly. Very odd
