30 oz frozen hash browns- thawed
2 C sour cream
10.5 oz can cream of chicken soup
10 TBSP butter
1 TSP dried minced onion
2 C shredded cheese
2 C corn flakes
salt & pepper
combine sour cream, chicken soup, 6 TBSP of melted butter, salt, pepper & dried onion in a bowl.
fold in potatoes and shredded cheese.
add in a 9X13 pan
crush cornflakes, add the remaining 4 TBSP of melted butter
top over potatoes, and bake at 350 for 40 minutes
