Nice, straight forward video! I want to remove the evap system on my SYM HD 200 but cannot find any guides on it. Would be awesome to have a video on that.
I’m having the same problem finding steps for this on my 2023 Sprint 150. After watching this one though I’m starting to think there are two main basic things we gotta do. Send the overflow line from the neck of our gas tank up & away from the engine to leak out the back and bottom of the scoot. On the throttle body we either have to cap that intake nozzle or put a simple filter on it like Mitch does here (I think that’s best because on mine I’m thinking I was getting sputter from that not breathing freely, as evident from my gas cap hissing loudly every time I remove it.).

I’ve got a 2007 that I’m trying to service. Does not have the Evap system as shown but has a SAS. Put another carb on it now I have this hose coming out of carb with nowhere to go. If you have to filter it I’m assuming it’s sucking air?

Thanks! Haha no I don't hate 2 stroke scooters! I have 2 stroke scooters - 1984 Honda Aero 125, 2001 Honda Elite 50 SR, 1993 Honda Elite SR 50 with af16e motor in it, 2003 Kymco Super 9, 1986 Honda Aero 50... all 2 stroke 😎 I will have videos of them up sometime soon

J'ai un scooter piaggio fly 50cc 4t année 2008 en panne depuis plus de 3 mois
Mon problème est que la moto démarre normal es juste après quelques temps elle s'arrête brusquement ya rien qui peut la démarrer j'attends qu'elle refroidisse es comme par magie elle redémarre.
J'ai changé la batterie
La bougie
J'ai fait une vidange
Rien à faire tjr le même souci
Certains disent que c'est le cd qui est mort qu'il faut changé à force de prendre l'eau es l'humidité ma moto elle es garée à l'extérieur en plus ce scooter il a 12 ans

What does that get ya? Does it run better?
It is suppose to keep the emission low because 2 stroke is dirtier than 4 stroke, when is removed it runs better (not a much) but it save more space inside engine!
