      Tough one to watch. It was so frustrating. I felt the first set you would self destruct anytime you had a chance to break him. Like you didn't believe in your shots. Unforced errors, lack of touch at the net and drop shots this match. Obviously you know better than I but from my perspective you are better than him... just that day.
      Wishing you all the best in your upcoming matches. Hope this didn't sound to harsh. Not my intent. Pulling for ya!

    Let's all take a moment to think about how amazing this tennis content is. 💯
    Karue is not only playing some world-class tennis in this match, but he's also setting up this sick camera angle that shows the entirety of the court, as well as the pace/height/spin of the ball. Then he takes the time to edit out all the fluff, and distill the entire match down to a riveting 40 min video. And on top of it all, he gives just the right amount of context and commentary to take us behind the scenes and give us a sense of his mindset before and after the match. 🤯
    Take notes @TennisTV, this is what top-notch tennis highlights look like.

    • @experientialtennis
      @experientialtennis 9 дней назад +9

      12kgp and a few other RUclips channels that have been sharing court level practice clips, now Karue Sell, this is by miles the best camera angle, not super low, but definitely not as high as what we're getting from ATP/WTA tournaments. I've been enjoying Karue's clips much more than ATP tennis nowadays.

    Really love the final thoughts, as they contextualized a lot of the errors in the match. Having to hit up on those short balls... it's no wonder many of the balls were sailing long. Learner does so good at giving the opponent very few attackable balls. He's constantly moving you around the court, and then when a ball comes at you, it's mostly flat and short, so the tendency is just to slice it back.
    Learner's serve probably needs to be a fair bit better to make the jump to the next level, but it seems like it comes in with a lot of spin!
