      You can't define murder apparently as misjudging a criminals weight is an easy mistake when he's pinned down by several cops fighting them. Turns out he wasn't 28 with 200lbs like most people capable of violently resisting several cops.

    • @ericeandco
      @ericeandco 15 дней назад +2

      The real issue is that a paralytic like Ketamine was available and allowed to be administered in the field by a paramedic in the first place. Some drugs have no place outside a hospital setting. They can’t be safely administered, monitored or mitigated.

      @oliviakahlo1 14 дней назад

      @@jububoobaroo67 I’ve seen footage, and he was not violent, he was terrified. Hysteria is not a diagnosis. I’m an EMT, and I support criminal penalties for everyone involved in that scenario. There are ways to calm an agitated patient with and without restraint. The use of restraint is always a final measure, and you NEVER lift and move a patient without holding proper C-spine stabilization. They murdered that kid.

    4 years probation. That's almost the same amount of time I got on probation for possession of marijuana . Ask us again why we don't like the police. 75% of them can be perfect officers but the other 25% skate by on most of what they do and that is unacceptable. I don't care who you are you have to know that's wrong.

    They repeated this exact behavior on my son within a couple of weeks after they killed Elijah. They didn't learn then, they aren't held responsible now. My son is still breathing, he fought back. He served time. The officers did not. My son served time for defending himself, the EMTs did not. Again, vengeance is the Lord's alone. In His heat of anger and day of vengeance may the Lord bless the Mothers with justice for their sons and allow each of us to see, hear, and know the manner in which each justice, on each demon, has transpired. During emergency response there is a likelihood of getting the dosage wrong because there is a need to get the dosage right the first time. So there is a tendency to compensate by getting more than its required. That's why the judge erred on the side of caution.
