Winter keeps me on my toes. I liked it because frozen scenery excites me and I am even more brazen to go outside and prepare a meal such as this for me and my company to enjoy peacefully.
Now I know and I see how blessed I am , I live in a country where never snow or at least in my home state never snow and I can’t see my self living in a place full of snow and cold no sir . Gid bless this family and all of those living in places like this !!!!
Demasiado frío para cocinar a la intemperie..!!!🥶🥶🥶Sugiero consideres hacerlo adentro de un ambiente cerrado, si es posible con un fuego encendido desde antes para calefaccionar. El plato que prepararon se ve delicioso! Me encanta comer pescado !! Y no se si sera por el frío pero tu rostro se ve cada vez más bello!!😍😍😍 Abrígate bien, lo mismo que tus familiares y amigos! Interesting adding the stinging nettle to the fish, and the fruit, them fish cakes reminded me of paua patties ( abalone ), the fried fish looked absolutely scrumptious,,, you both have my respect,,,cleaning fish in the snow with cold running water,,,,a cold breeze while cooking,,,cooking a meal and not to mention bread on a open fire,,,,knowing that the warmth from the fire also warmed your belly,,,I love it,,,peace to you both and your village.

Good morning from Minnesota. It is days before Christmas here @ it seems we have similar weather conditions. It’s snowy here. It’s 8 degrees Fahrenheit which I believe is-13 degrees Celsius. Cold. We ice fish here when we’ve had consistent cold temperatures. I like the four seasons but as you get older you sometimes think why are you suffering through cold temperatures again? Your fish looked amazing. I’m trying to identify what kind. We have walleye, bass, northern pike, trout, salmon & other types of fish. I’m wishing you & your family a very Merry Christmas & a wonderful New Year.

I would say Grass Carp, eyes look like they are even or below the wide mouth. It's a common fish in that part of the world.
