Not just the handlebar flex, there is an irritating click feel and sound everytime I turn the bars. Hopefully this fix solves the problem, please keep us posted on the long term durability of this fix. Thanks!
Nice find on decent bushings to tightened handlebar wobble... Old Yam teneres had them and they moved even worse. They are nothing really to do with taking a hit mind, they are solely to dampen vibes. Drop the bike and bars will bend with or without them 😊

What about modern tech aluminium dampeners?? Haven't u checked that one's?
Didn't they change it during service? Mine got changed . It was mandatory. They didn't take any charges. I'm not having any issues so far .
Hi Ben, how much is reduction in vibration? And what’s the life claimed by AOM?
This arrangement looks similar to the ones on duke/adv. if this fails you could try using ktm ones i am not sure if they will fit.
