A “cycle” refers to a period where you’re supplementing/taking whatever, and is then followed by an off-season/period where you allow your body to recoup (or you just tone it down or use different supplements) since staying on the stuff long-term poses a lot of problems (not that it doesn’t otherwise, but even moreso)
TLDR; a “cycle” means a period of using steroids/hormones
