Becoming singer in swedish band Heat. Then over to Front Skidrow and now sing alongside side Tempest and their own country. . . What a guy
When Europe started to become famous after their release of their album "Wings of Tomorrow" I got to see them live. Their manager back then lived in my hometown and they did a live concert in our basket ball arena at my school with small smoke machines on the stage. It was awesome. Last summer, 39 years later, I saw them live again at Gron!a Lund, Stockholm and still loved it
40 years later, I still love this stuff

How many bands from this era still sounds this good live? Joey's still got a great voice, aged like fine wine!
I don't think he sounds very good at all. It's not clear, bright and strong like it was around 1992. Erik is the one with the fantastic voice now.

Jag var på Europe och min första konsert med den redan -85(innan ens Erik var född😁😄😅) och har varit ett STORT Fan av Dem Hela mitt liv, så även John Norums solokarriär följde jag då han hoppade av Europe i slutet emot -80 talet.
Men Erik nu när jag hörde Erik på scenen tillsammans med Joey och även när han sjunger själv en bit, alltså WOW!!😮😯😳🥰 Att Vi Är Grönwall Power Crew är Inte det minsta konstigt Lotta!!!⚡️⚡️⚡️❤️🔥🎶❤️🔥🎶 F** Vad Bra Erik Är Alltså!

Acho interessante que a maioria que critica nunca teve a chance de vê-los ao vivo. Algo me diz que o cidadão não esteve presente no show.
Very strange. He came in quickly and didn't even interact with the band.
I'll get a lot of flak for saying this, but whatever... Erik gave a lot of hope for guys in Skid Row and then left them in the cold. While I definitely understand his health comes first, I firmly believe he shouldn't have taken the gig.
Before he took the gig he met with his dr's first and they gave him the go ahead his immune system was rebuilding and he was in remission. But over time with the constant touring he was finding that he was getting sick often. They did tests etc and found that his immune system wasn't getting better as hoped. And due to getting sick they had to cancel shows and he felt it was slowing the band down and to many people rely on Skid Row touring it's their income. And he didn't want to stand in the way of people being able to provide for their families, he and Snake said in interviews that Erik brought up the fact that maybe he should step down but they kept asking him to just wait and see. When they did the N. America/Canada tour they knew that was it for him, he did what he could.

Hur kan man tycka Joey låter fantastisk, nuförtiden? 🤔 Har respekt för hans ålder, men låter inte bra längre som många andra i hans ålder. Låter väldigt "andfått" & svagt. Inte som det lät när jag såg dom 2004 & 2015. 🤔🤘

Queria saber quem está muito melhor e canta quase sozinho e corre o palco todo. E ainda se joga na platéia. Dos que conheço quase todos estão quase parados e não se movimenta muito.
I believe this is the encore. Singing is quite physical. If He´s already been singing and working the stage for 1 hour it takes it´s toll. With that said, He still is a great singer. But of course, If You never been in band You don´t how much work it takes to keep this level.

Joey você é lindo, canta muito, tem um ótimo preparo físico e ainda tem o privilégio de ter uma forma física maravilhosa, a melhor entre todos os seus contemporâneos, mesmo que esteja do lado de um jovem talentoso e que seja mais de vinte anos mais moço. Qualquer coisa menos que isso acho um desrespeito.
