Hi my name is Lilly and I am an American expat living on the island of Koh Samui in the gulf of Thailand for the last 9 years. My husband is Thai and his name is Wat. We have two boys named Luke and Leon and a new baby girl named Lyla. Nam is our Nanny and she is like family to us. She is from Myanmar and has worked for us for over 7 years.

Singapore is one of the most organised country in the world. It is expensive and every way is super clean. Good to see that you and your family enjoyed the spectacular Gardens by the Bay's Cloud Forest light show.

By the way, most Singaporeans stay in the heartlands, majority of us are not rich like what was protrayed in the movies. 😅

Be a good steward in everything including finances. Having breakfast in that delightful bakery is wise than throw good money in the hotel’s costly buffet that no one can consume excessively. Kudos!

If you’re wondering why there are fences along the road around marina bay sands area, it was because of the National Day Parade rehearsal..they had road blocks on specific dates & timings and that’s when the parades (marching band, military tanks etc) will start

I watched a TV programme about behind the scenes of the hotel. Wow it was utterly amazing how it works. They take really good care of their staff too. The top pool is unbelievable. Have a wonderful stay ❤️

Wat reminds me so much of a younger version of my dad🤭 He's Panamanian with native American descent. But also of my great grandparents. She was Spaniard and he was Native. They say she had beautiful green eyes. So their descendants have the beautiful mixture that I see in your children. So interesting how to different cultures can come together in perfect harmony and make beautiful music. God bless❤

My son lives Thailand and works in Bangkok and Singapore. He has a condo at both places and when I go to Thailand I get to visit both places I was in that exact hotel it’s awesome like nothing I’ve ever seen before we took a boat ride up and down the waterway and you get to see everything by boat and stopped at the Quay and has a spicy crab it’s delicious. Can’t wait to go back, enjoy you’re having wonderful experiences and making lasting memories and Wat is enjoying himself. God bless you all and safe travels.❤️🙏🏼❤️
