I've always thought Mekaneck was so goofy. Also, he's always been one of my favorite MOTU characters. Can't wait for mine to show up.
Awesome awesome figure! The arms and legs have this new sculpt that makes it look like he is wearing a robotic special suit that fits the figure perfectly. The neck articulation has a home run decision. Another great figure from Masterverse!

I wish this was more New Eternia. I love the changes Mattel is doing in that sub-line, and figures like Stratos, this one and Triklops are great, but just more of the same.

Love the reflective eyes. Was sad to see them omit that in the origins figure. I still prefer the action neck feature of the original 80's figure, but for dioramas the neck extension pieces are a better solution. Was aways a big fan of this character design and still looks great to me.

Great review of a great character. My own very small nitpick of the figure, I wish they'd have added something similar to his armor or belt that they gave to New Eternia Man At Arms with the crossed swords & falcon emblem on his shoulders & back. The shield's a nice touch but would have liked to see a tad more flair added. Will be grabbing two of these to give him more neck.

I do wish they New Eternia'ed it up a bit more though. Maybe a second yellow helmet head and some harness armor that the Roger Sweet concept art had?

Are the Classics diehards gonna ride with the classics version still?! Or finally confess the Masteverse Mekaneck is another superior figure?
This NE Mekaneck is definitely more 200X inspired with the longer neck and also the more muted colours and streamlined helmet and golden weapon.

I think this is the first Masterverse figure that is better than the classic!
There's no reason to watch a review of this figure. It is the only new character out of the last 2 waves. An automatic buy for me. I pre-ordered him immediately.
