Exactly. ESU saw crooks sneak into their parking lot at 4:26 PM. Then ESU took pics of Crooks for 30 minutes without calling a patrol to question him until told to do so at 5:40 PM. By then it was too late. Patrols could’ve questioned Crooks during that 30 minutes while he was sitting at a table, sitting under their window, using a rangefinder…. And he never would’ve gotten on the roof in the first place. That’s not on SS. Local LE dropped the ball or intentionally let Crooks get on that roof.

I don't claim to know why, but that's the way the other evidence points. There were by the way ttwo snipers (shots 9 and 10) and therefor three guns. There were 8 shell casings on the roof. All the shots that hit near the stage line up with Crooks' position.

What's more insane is that from a Congressman who has been investigating, the SS refused the Radios that local law enforcement had ready for them and tried to give to them. The SS also refused the local LE offer of a drone to survey the area of the rally. The SS also commanded the local LE officers to be INSIDE the building Crooks used. I can't prove it, but it sure seems like more than just incompetence.

Why didn't local or state police confront Crooks after he was identified as a suspicious person? They could have searched him. And then they lost sight of him? I'd say they showed some incompetence too.

Exactly. Especially the local ESU who let Crooks get onto the roof. They took pics of him for 30 minutes without sending a patrol to question him until told to do so at 5:40 PM. By then it was too late.
