Yes you can but it won't fit and it won't look professional. Before You use 16:9 you have to shoot the video in landscape format

The "export" and the arrow are the same thing. The old CapCut app had the arrow while the updated one has the "export" button. So, don't get confused, they mean the same thing

Yes you can sir. Cloning feature helps you to, duplicate a section of your video, create a mirror effect, make it seem like you're talking to yourself an create a "before and after" effect
To use the Clone feature in CapCut just follow these steps 👇🏼
First, select the video clip you want to edit, then split the clip into two parts (at the point where you want to create the clone). After this, tap the "Clone" button.
Also adjust the cloned section as needed (e.g., resize, rotate, or add effects)
The section you have cloned will be an exact copy of the original, allowing you to create creative and interesting effects in your video. I hope this helps.
