Out of all the songs 2003, somehow this one always stuck with me. It's amazingly cute, there's no better word for it. It did certainly not deserve to end up last. Greetings from Sweden.
you know why this song didn't make it? that month was the general election, so all malta had eyes on the election, and forgotten Lynn. for the first time in MAlta, even a music video for this song wasn't made.
this is the ansewrs those for who say chiara is fat etc, this was a pretty slim girl, and classified last :) goodluck chiara ur voice can never be compared to any body :)
Lawrence Gray should have won in 2003 with "Why Not". Lawrence won the televoting, but unfortunately that year it was 50%televoting and 50% jury...The jury prefered to make Lynn win, and obviously they made the wrong choice as Lynn placed the one before the last at Eurovision....Had Lawrence Gray won, he would have placed much better for sure!!!!
The singer completely ruined the song...probably would have done better had she remained sitting down on the piano rather than standing up looking like a pre-pubescent girl waving to her mum in the audience during the school concert. And what was with the flower anyway??
did diska vera tal qamel u bla sugu u dik il performance u l HWEJJEG... vera funny konna, kin ikun tan nejk il eurovision kiku morna tajjeb dis sena. no offence but thats the facts. Lynn Suck!
Lynn deserved many more votes than she received. Lynn is a wonderful person who is doing well with her own TV shows.
I love this masterpiece the it and got robbed of the first place in the Eurovision song contest

This entry gradually improved to the ending, the chemistry between her and her backings really was working well.
najboljša pesem!
it was good for me !! deserves better placing
nice song!!! so better than the last 3 songs sent from malta...
wish best of luck to CHIARA WHAT IF WE
Relaxing, catchy song. And not cliched either. The end of the song is a bit weak. Definitely should not have come last.
Is the Composer Cynthia Sammutt any relative to Joseph Sammutt conductor for Malta 93,
2:15 so cute

And there you spoil us with another cult classic ... including the unforgettable and heartbreaking scene when Lynn hit herself with the flower!
the song is nice, and she sings the song well, its just the careography. but the song is very catchy, better than I DO, VERTIGO or VOTKA for sure
i donnt think just by smileing and waving a rose will win the contest

loool mur lemm lynnn....to dream again..ahjar tohlom biex ikollok lehen tajjeb
Is Chiara among the choir-girls?
The one to the right.
@poertjt2 I thought so too :D
She would have been better staying at the piano..
Is Lynn any relative to Anthony Chircop, conductor for Malta 71 and 94+
what is she doing these days? many maltese national final contestants seem to hang around and keep entering again
Hilarious!
Lorraine Kelly from the BBC recaton to this was ''well, I'm not being funny, but she's not 22''
This was quite good after all. But it came after Turkey, and that was a lot better. Still, it ended too low this one!
Finished way too low.
@loobycliff lol i never noticed that, she looks well unhappy
Sertab in the beginning...!
It came second from last, not last- U.K. got nil points.
at first i thought "dan biex gej?" then i thought "f***ing Right!"
Ja, det är hennes pappa.
The singer completely ruined the song...probably would have done better had she remained sitting down on the piano rather than standing up looking like a pre-pubescent girl waving to her mum in the audience during the school concert. And what was with the flower anyway??
very nice song!!! better than fabrizio and morena!!
malta almost win in 2005
this wasnt that bad..... under rated ... but she destroyed it all by her interpretation Oo
This is a lovely song. Should of done a lot better in the results!
@poertjt2 il forma hija taghha pero
I think the song is great, but the performance (specially the dancing) could be better.
mm xlibset qisa aladin bit tapit....
no it wasn't chiara. i voted for that maltese song. it's a shame it did bad but it wasn't sth special
wayyyyyyyyyyy better than morena
Funny people should like this one, I think it's one of Malta's worst entries ever..
A country's disgrace
No, let's not, you're right- I'm from U.K. Jemini did not deserve nil points.
I'm from Malta. This was our most worst entry! It deserved LAST!!!!!!!!!!!!!
did diska vera tal qamel u bla sugu u dik il performance u l HWEJJEG... vera funny konna, kin ikun tan nejk il eurovision kiku morna tajjeb dis sena. no offence but thats the facts. Lynn Suck!
Disaster!!!!!!!
Second last for this banal Maltese ballad, not special. .Poor lyrics and a poor voice.
