I've watched natural history programmes for years and have learned more about our own coastal wildlife watching a few of these videos than I have years of watching stuff that must have cost £m's to produce.

Ive been away due to being easily distracted. Watching this video fills me with calm. I miss the sound of being under water in the ocean. I went on a cruise when I was at the depths of my depression. The ocean welcomed and comforted me when nothing else did. Sounds the exact same as it does in my memory. That cruise was over a decade ago❤
Wonderful vlog. Most folks would go to a shop for their lures but as ever you are caring for the sea and rightly being rewarded with a couple of gifts from the seabed as well as that fantastic adventure you have shared! Brilliant!

They’ve been harassing my mum for a couple of years, despite being told she qualifies for a free Licence now, she has dementia and no longer lives at the address and each time I collect the mail it’s mainly ominous threats from TV Licensing.

8:36 Funny how you name the lure like it's just another marine species you've found! Stunning footage John, I think I learn more watching your videos than anything on the TV.
Lots of life around which is great to see. One bit of advice if you don't mind me saying. Use an elastic weight belt. As you're probably aware when you dive down everything compresses and you may find the weight belt sliding around. With the elastic belt it grips to your wetsuit and matches the compression if done up nice and tight. Game changer!! Cracking content as usual. 👍👍
That is something a scuba diving friend of mine suggested also. I haven’t found it slides about much but as I get deeper it does slacken from the compression. I have also experimented with using a bungee chord like Joe uses. Thanks for the advice. 👍🏻

All European lobsters are some shade of blue but only very rarely do you get a true Royal Blue like that. They are incredible aren't they 😊💙🦞

We are simply trying to share a little bit of positive influence with the audience we have. It might not be much in the grander scheme of things but if we can help people to see the beauty of the natural world and take an interest then positive things will happen. 😊

Lots of life around which is great to see. One bit of advice if you don't mind me saying. Use an elastic weight belt. As you're probably aware when you dive down everything compresses and you may find the weight belt sliding around. With the elastic belt it grips to your wetsuit and matches the compression if done up nice and tight. Game changer!! Cracking content as usual. 👍👍
That is something a scuba diving friend of mine suggested also. I haven’t found it slides about much but as I get deeper it does slacken from the compression. I have also experimented with using a bungee chord like Joe uses. Thanks for the advice. 👍🏻
