山药 is nagaimo in japanese n also known as chinese yam or korean yam. The ones from Japan will not cause itchiness. They are very nutritious and good for stomach problem.In Taiwan they are known for aphrodisiac powers for men!!

其實~~豬腳圈跟豬蹄是兩個不同位置.假如你買的不是蹄的腳趾的部位而是買上面一點點一圈一圈的部分.會不會外國人比較能接受點??很高興看到丈母娘氣色好很多.祝福她快點康復~~
豬腳要買前腳才有蹄筋，蹄髈則是太肥了，老人而且胖的還是少吃蹄髈。所以還是豬腳好，含有膠原蛋白，這個能幫助傷口癒合！
