They are the bad teammates because they spread apart instead of going after the ball, I would be pissed too if I went up for a rebound and 2 opposing players get it while I have 2 of my own teammates just staring and one just barely swiped at the ball and stepped back like what?

well. the context you need is this: when in training, who goes for the rebound? this is just a lack of training/communication which all should happen BEFORE the game. if youre near the basket, do you go for it or not? whose job is it to get a rebound? are you ok with getting a foul in the process of getting a rebound?
