    I am your big fen.Your videos are self explanatory and usually cover all possible aspects. However,in some of your vedeos I have observed that you speak so fast that it is not easy to grasp probably to incorporate more information within a short spell.Anyway. all of your clippings are very much useful for garden lovers.
    I have sown Achemene 4 bulbs in 3rd week of January and after 16 days these have not sprouted . Sir, how long they usually take to sprout ? or because of early sowing the bulbs have been destroyed and likely to germinate. Kindly advise. I am from GHAZIABAD, Delhi.
    Thanks.

    Very well explained. Just one query? My 4 bulbs have sprouted and growing. But along the main stem. Should we do pinching for more branches

    • @GardeningUpbeat
      @GardeningUpbeat  2 года назад +1

      Thank you very much Sir for your feedback, appreciated! The sprouts of any bulbs are usually not pinched...You can pinch as soon as it gets bit bigger (like it was after 80 days as shown in the video (3:01). Or, you can do bit early, like after 40-50 days) Usually they get bushier by default. So, even if you don't pinch, it's okay. Wish you all the best!

    Hello I have this video several times as I also potting achemenes rizomes around 1st Feb 2022. I can see a few of them sprouted. At what stage do we have to fertilize with npk 19:19:19 from sprouting stage

  • @sonalchawla4033
    @sonalchawla4033 3 года назад

    Is this the right time to sow them now?.
    Actually I've already ordered for it. Can I store the rhizomes till next season?

    Good morning again. I want ne query regarding this plant. I planted 5 bulbs and after a long wait one by all of them grew. But from the first 3 only one stem came out. And from those which sprouted in last two stems grew. As the stems began becoming longer, they began tilting and then dying. Now only two stems are remaining and I don't think they are going to make it.
    My question is if you plant 3 rizhomes say, will we get 3 single stems or afterwards more stems will come out from soil??? And what about the water requirements

      Good evening Sir...unfortunately it would be late now. Instead, please try planting many other Summer flowering bulbs like - Rain lily, Football Lily, Spider Lily (blooming starts from Oct onwards), Rajnigandha etc. If you plant them now, they would be blooming in coming days. And, if you want to see how they look like, please watch this video - ruclips.net/video/XR6ejftAC7M/видео.html
      Sir, if you have any question, please write in a new comment. Because, we don't get any notification for nested comment. Thank you and hope that helps. Happy Gardening :-)
