I’m honestly not shocked about the 800 knowing fried liver theory 10 moves deep. It might just be in the top 5 lines to know at that rating
As a newish player, it's shocking how many people I play against spend all their time memorizing theory but immediately hang pieces as soon as they run out of memorized moves.
Yeah this is true. I know three or four moves in most variations of my two openings, except one specific Vienna line called the copycat which I know for like 15 moves. We all got one lol

It's not theory. He's supposed to play Bc5 first. If Eric played Bxf7 instead of Nxf7 it's easy win.

Eric plays with a confidence I'd like to develope. I play a 1200 to 1400 range so i prefer to watch rated games over my rating.

This is perfect to learn chess defense. Too many of us doofuses lose to stupid sacks where our kings can't castle
maybe at higher rating, like 1900 or 2000 + the opponents maybe will exploit and press some attack but honestly most of the players on this speedrun will not be able to attack him

i think its pretty straight forward, "no castle speedrun", moving the king to F or C is not castling...
