They are brewers bins. Basically what a brewing company would put their spent grains into. That's where I got the idea is from one of our brewer customers. As for the food scraps, try to partner with schools or environmental groups to get the word out. We don't really advertise much because all that stuff feels like junk anyway, but I don't mind sponsoring a park cleanup or a neighborhood block party to get people thinking about this stuff. Food pantries are good, too, but they can generate a LOT of food scrap waste so be ready for it.
