  • Playing an antique 1930s trade stimulator. Named the SWEET SALLY - ($WEET $ALLY) the machine accepts pennies, nickels, dimes and quarters. Players select a number (1 thru 8) and insert their coin to the slot. Pushing in and pulling sets the gambling wheel in motion. An integrated gum vendor dispenses a gumball (making the machine a gum vendor - technically NOT a gambling device - - how clever!). A beautiful machine with a walnut cabinet and striking graphics.
I collect, buy, sell, trade and repair vintage coin operated machines like this. Grip and Strength test machines by Mercury, Atlas, Gottlieb as well as vintage Victorian casino antique gambling slot machines, poker machines, cigar store and saloon items made by Caille, Mills Novelty, Jennings, Watling. Trade stimulators made by ABT, Exhibit Supply. Also penny arcade machines, fortune teller, shocker shock machines and claw diggers by ABT, Mutoscope, Exhibit Supply (ESCO), Mike Munves. I particularly like early cast iron trade stimulator and slot machine items including ephemera related to this topic. If you have a vintage coin op or early gambling machine for sale or trade please contact me.

Emma Price Hi Emma - good question! Most machines I acquire from other collectors. I also acquire machines from estates and "pickers" who locate them literally everywhere around the world!
