I have a shih Tzu pup who is 5 month old now. He is continuously itching all over the body. we tried showing to our vet but the could not found anything. We gave him bath every wekk. Is that too frequent ?
I do the same but after a week he start to smell I don't like that so I give him bath every times he dirty or smelly 😢... new owner! I don't even know if I am doing it right 😢😢😢
@@KALO..Minstead of bathing him so often, they’re going to produce that smell naturally because that’s there natural scent. Just use wipes or washcloth and wipe him or her down.
Doc, how about dogs who are always scratching and licking their paws? my shi tzu oftens scratch his body even if he doesn't have any ticks, he takes a bath every 2 weeks since he doesn't often go out.
Dogs who always licks their paws and scratch their skin have mostly allergies....this can be an allergy to food (protein, wheat etc), shampoo or invironment (dust) can cause it. Or your dog has mites (they cannot be seen) or malassezia...

I bathe my dog thrice a month. During 10th, 20th, and the 30th.. He loves outdoor and very active kaya ayun 3X a month 😁
