Insane Craziness 17: Portage PDS, April 17th 2024

I was hesitant about making this one IC17, but after overlooking the alerts on this event, one of them being a tornado warning that later upgraded to a PDS (for Portage County) and one being a destructive severe thunderstorm warning. We were at work while this event took place so I used my laptop to record what I could and it was enough to determine and later on confirm this to be Insane Craziness 17. Here, 49 alerts were issued and was only to capture 18 (would've been more if we were home).
