Bro I'm on 3060 laptop 95w and the game is not any smooth it's stuttering and my fps can't even stay on 70 on low settings

Nvidia graphics driver updated windows updated , still same performance issue

I have an old PC with GTX 570 and some old Core i5 and it runs 60 fps on 1080p medium :D
I have the same problem in 105w version it not that optimized
