I miss this era of wrestling. I was 15 in ‘95. After watching 3 RUclips channels, armdrag, USA wrestling and flo videos once this quarantine kicked off- I’d love to join a club this fall and get back into the sport. 💪🌎🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
The Chis Handsome Show I was aware of his switch. Maybe he’s trying to avoid being in the room with Spencer Lee? Gilman placed 2nd at the World Championship one year. Weird that a world medalist feels like they need to look to others for answers. That goes to Snyder as well. A world medal would make you a phenomenal coaching prospect for a Division 1 team. If you cannot solve your own problems can you solve the problems of the 25 athletes you hope to coach? People will flame me and talk about “different eyes on you and being open minded.” Yeah yeah yeah. Truth is there is only one person that has been present for every match you’ve ever wrestled. And that is you. If you are a world medalist and cannot fix your mistakes you are telling every athletic director to never hire you.
I think Sissaouri was a better wrestler technically but Terry had way more stamina. I also think Sissaouri would of won if he wouldnt of been cautioned out.
That’s wrestling. You can’t just be good for three minutes - you have to last the entire match. No such thing as being the better “technical” wrestler for less than the entire match.
@@daytonasayswhat9333 And, the other wrestler needs to be able to score on his own, not BS pushing out of bounds in a hometown favouritism match. Brands only deserved the last point.

He stood there next to the guy motioning his arms for the guy to get up get up! it was great. how can you sit there and tie your shoe thinking thats going to help you. can tell he's not used to getting beat up like that.
Sissaouri ran away for over 2 minutes of a 5 minute match. Lousy way to end it, but stay in there and wrestle. Sissaouri loved to dig in the double unders, he paid for that against Kendall in the 96 Olympic finals... :-)

@@David-dz2xjthat’s how you interpret it because you don’t understand the mindset. It’s a war on that mat; kill or be killed; and brands wrestled that way. It was personal. Not the way most do it today. Wrong or right, it was fun to watch.

The ref didnt decide.... he followed the rules which is what a refs job is. The other guy didnt follow the rules and is why he lost. If anyone knew Terry or watched him wrestle then they knew that is exactly how he wrestled. Everytime he wrestled he would run off the mat afterwards.
