If you're busy and time is precious, just sort and organize a few handfuls of kitchen pantry items at a time. Start gathering the spices together, the veggies, the boxed sides, etc... The more you get gathered together the more organized you will be and, the quicker doing a deep organize will be whether you do it shelf by shelf, cupboard by cupboard, or the whole kitchen. - If you end up really switching things up, put up a couple of post-it notes to label your cupboards and shelves; for the other people in the household of course.

All of this is very impressive but those "pop-tarts" are the best thing I've ever seen. I can't think of anything better than that pizza and those pop-tarts. Thank you for sharing.

When pealing vegetables I use a piece of parchment paper to catch the peals and it makes it easy to gather them up and dump them in our compost.

A little trick to prevent mold on winter squash: when you harvest them, wipe them with a solution of warm water and tea tree oil. Tea tree oil is an natural anti fongus.

    "No soggy bottoms around here!"🤣
    Too funny!
Becky, you made that poptart look so scrumptious. I wanted you to hold it closer to the lens so that I could take a bite.😋. It looked delicious.
I also love how confident & comfortable you are of yourself and on screen. Sunday morning, when you were in your kitchen with unbrushed hair and circles like mine around your eyes, after the ski trip, that made me appreciate you all the more. You give us great examples of "Be who you are and don't be concerned about the haters who will always find fault, no matter what!". Thanks Becky👍🥰
You truly are a light shining in the darkness. Way to go!💖👍

Best trick for spaghetti squash ever is next time Halloween rolls (or just go on amazon) around get a decent pumpkin scoop for pumpkin carving and keep it around as a squash scraper! I got mine at target and it is metal and super sturdy and it make scraping the seeds out of squash so much easier!

Hi Becky! New subscriber here, I’m really happy I found you, I was searching for homemade flour and corn tortillas because the ones at the grocery store are no longer tortillas. I’m not sure what chemical combination is now the flavorless blah that now is sold as a flour tortilla. They’ve ruined so much trying to extend shelf life…so it’s time to start expanding my skills ..thank you!

I made the oats in the instant pot and they are delicious. I will never make them on the stove again they were so easy and it was nothing to clean the pot I never would have thought to add anything to the oats while cooking your recipe is delicious. I did have to make a substitution, I couldn't find my frozen leftover pumpkin but I had sweet potato so I used that and instead of pumpkin spices I substituted 1/2 tsp of cinnamon and 1/8 tsp nutmeg. It sure makes you look forward to steel cut oats in the morning. thank you for this recipe and the videos you do.
