hi I wanted to ask you if the brick is smaller than your foot or your foot is bigger than the brick...I have a size 41 foot I wanted to know if my foot is bigger in your opinion
Thank you Farah that was very informative! I was thinking about getting cork blocks but since I don't practice arm balances that often maybe I'd get the foam ones instead
Thanks Norhan glad you found it useful. Yeah probably 2 foam blocks would help you a lot. And you can also stack them on top of eachother to create a bigger block like the cork one.
Our knife block is rectangular with smooth edges like a yoga block, so thought it might work for workouts as we don't use it anymore. Will be trying it out, a shame it doesn't have a twin :)
I have cork blocks and they have given me a sliver or two - they are brand new. I really want to keep them...is there a way to soften the surface? Maybe oil to condition or soften the block?
I only use foam blocks as I have tendonitis and I find the slight softness to them important for minimizing my wrist pain.
I'm a beginner yogi, and I found this video so helpful 👌🏻 Thank you Farah 🙏🏻

I use something called 3 minute egg. Egg shaped block contours nicely to neck and back.

Are foam blocks solid when using them? Im worried that if I get one the foam may be too soft
No they aren’t solid, they’re definitely a little soft makes them useful for things that don’t require that solidness
This was very helpful
happy to hear that :)
Thank you
